1.Tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen of Hakata, Kyushu
2.Kitakata (thick & curly noodles served in a pork-and-niboshi broth) ramen of Fukushima.
3.Miso ramen of Sapporo, Hokkaido.
4.Shoyu (soy-based broth) ramen of Tokyo

Try it next time when you visit there or go to Ramen Museum in Yokohama. You can try a variety of Ramen across Japan.
