April 2016 Edition
Konnichiwa!
This month features information on the start of a new term here at Aitas, some of our activities, and other Japan related events!
It's (almost) the Start of a New Term!
Our new term will begin next month!
If you are interested in signing up for our May
courses, please keep an eye out for the schedule on our Schedule and Fees page that will be available by the end of the month.
For new students we kindly ask you to come in for a level check (previous Japanese study experience) or a trial lesson (absolute beginners) as it is very important for us to place you in the level that is best for you. Trial lessons and level checks will be conducted later this month so be sure to sign up for one!
Please note that due
to our group classes being fairly small (on average 3-5 students with a maximum of 9) they tend to fill up very fast. We advise early sign ups specially for trial lessons for the absolute beginner class.
If you have any questions
about our courses or studying Japanese, feel free to visit our website or contact us at japanese@aitas.ca, we're more than happy to help!
Sakura in High Park
Spring means
Sakura!
You can enjoy the beautiful cherry blossom season here in Toronto as well. High Park has a large selection of Sakura trees that bloom beautifully every year. Enjoy a stroll through the park or have a Hanami picnic with your family and
friends.
You can find out all the information and track the progress of the Sakura on this webpage.
For more information about the movie and how to get tickets, please check the event page here.
Aitas Language and Culture Events
Aitas
students have exclusive access to a variety of our events. Weekly Language Exchange Club, Culture Class, Culture through Food seminar, and much more !
We would love to help as many Japanese learners as possible experience Japanese culture and language in Toronto. However due to the limited space and high demand, our events are limited to current and previous Aitas members only.
Please visit our website below to learn more about the privileges of being an Aitas Student.
