Sapporo Ramen and Hakata Ramen, Kitakata ramen are the top 3 famous Ramen which get their names from the cities they originated. Sapporo Ramen (Miso) Sapporo- miso ramen is typically consists of sweetcorn, butter, bean sprouts, finely chopped pork, and garlic. Seafood such as scallop, squid, and crab are sometimes used
as well. Hakata Ramen (Tonkotsu) Hakata ramen has a rich, pork-bone tonkotsu broth and the noodles used for it are thin and non-curly. Often, it is served with toppings such as crushed garlic, beni shōga (pickled ginger), sesame seeds, and spicy pickled mustard greens (karashi takana). Kitakata Ramen (Shoyu) Kitakata ramen has thick, flat noodles served and its broth is a pork-and-niboshi one.
